Annual Young Songwriters Contest held by the Dallas Songwriters Association to provide a benchmark for popular songwriting competency. Entrants must be 18 years of age and under. All genres of music are accepted.
JUDGES: Entries will be judged by music industry professionals.

DSA Young Songwriters Song Contest Now Open

 DSA Young Songwriters Contest
Presented by the Dallas Songwriters Association for student entrants 18 and under

The Dallas Songwriters Association’s Young Songwriters Contest offers winners a membership in the Dallas Songwriters Association and a performance spot on the Awards Dinner program, January 18th at Sons of Hermann Hall, plus various other showcase opportunities in 2020 in our Songwriters Spotlight series at local venues and festivals stages.  Our judges are industry pros. Entry fee: $15. Deadline: Nov 15th.



All Genres are accepted
